Beef Tartare*

Another one of my favorite dish! You break the raw egg yolk and mix it with the raw beef. It might be too adventurous for most people, but its delicious if you can get over the concept of raw meat! The creaminess of the yolk goes well with the beef. Look at the picture below for example!
