Trader Joe’s Chocolate Passport $9.99
This is seasonal gift that is perfect for the dark chocolate lovers. My husband loves this time of year because he gets to pick up a box every time we go to Trader Joes (we currently have 4!). Each box comes with 8 different chocolate bars (9 squares) from different countries, which are Tanzania, Sao Tome, Papa New Guinea, Dominican Republic, Ghana, Venezuela, Ecuador and Peru. The cacao dark chocolate percentage ranges between 60% to 73% for each bar.
My thoughts: I don’t normally eat dark chocolate, but I do really like Peru and Ecuador because they are the “sweetest.” I love the chocolate passport idea and the packaging is really cute as holiday gifts!
Husband says: This chocolate box is unique. Usually you have to buy different chocolate bars to try chocolate from different countries. It tastes really good with coffee. When the chocolate coats your tongue, it changes the flavor of the coffee which I really enjoy!
