Salmon, yellowtail, and tuna in a creamy miso with salmon roe and grated ginger

Yellowtail, tuna, salmon, and shrimp sushi*

Tuna handroll wrapped in yellow rice paper

Foie gras (fatty duck liver) sushi*

This tasted so buttery that it melted in your mouth!

Uni (sea urchin) sushi in salt Koji sauce with lemon*

Creme Brulee*

This tasted like it was either a frozen creme brulee or creme brulee ice cream. Yum!

Coconut lime sorbet with blue mochi*

This tasted like Thai coconut soup  - savory and refreshing!
